A table in the stars

After starting as Chef de Partie by Alain Ducasse at the Hôtel de Paris in Monte Carlo, Philippe Augé continues his climb and climbbed the ladder until his star in 2001 at the Relais & Châteaux Royal Champagne. Since 2008, he took over the reins of the kitchens of the Hostellerie de Levernois and continues to seduce the palate of the gourmands. Particularly attentive to the quality, the Chef favors seasonal products from local producers, sometimes even directly cultivated by Baptiste Courcet, our gardener of the vegetable gardens of the homestead.

Philippe Augé, Lucas Chambfort, Pastry Chef, and the rest of the brigade, will surely delight your tast buds.
