"La Table de Levernois" at Beaune

Close to Beaune, the Hostellerie de Levernois opens the doors of its Gastronomique restaurant 1* at the guide Michelin, "La Table de Levernois*".

Bathed in light, with view on the park and the river that runs through it, the restaurant room of the Table de Levernois welcomes all fine gourmets for a little moment of happiness. Bernard Bruyer, our Maître d’hôtel, will be happy to receive you and to share you his passion of the local food and the good products. The gastronomic restaurant proposes his card as well as 3 different menus and invites you to discover the starry cuisine of our Chef, Philippe Augé.

A table in the stars

After starting as Chef de Partie by Alain Ducasse at the Hôtel de Paris in Monte Carlo, Philippe Augé continues his climb and climbbed the ladder until his star in 2001 at the Relais & Châteaux Royal Champagne. Since 2008, he took over the reins of the kitchens of the Hostellerie de Levernois and continues to seduce the palate of the gourmands. Particularly attentive to the quality, the Chef favors seasonal products from local producers, sometimes even directly cultivated by Hacene Boucena, our gardener of the vegetable gardens of the homestead.

Philippe Augé, Rémy De Barros, his Second, Jean Marc Diop, Pastry Chef, and the rest of the brigade, will surely delight your tast buds.

Opening of the restaurant :

  • Open everyday for dinner and on Sunday for the lunch.
  • From November the 7th 2021 to May the 26th 2022, open from Tuesday to Saturday for the dinner and on Saturday for lunch. Weekly close on Sunday & Monday.
  • Service hours: from 12:15 to 13:30 for lunch and from 19:15 to 21:00 at dinner.
  • Annual closures : from Sunday 19h to Thursday 23th of  December 2021 and from Sunday 30th of January to Thursday 10th of March 2022

The signature dishes of the Gastronomic Restaurant "La Table de Levernois*" : 

  • The risotto acquerello au vert, Frog Legs and Burgundy Snails, Sweet garlic cream
  • The Poultry of Bresse in two services (for two people)
  • The hot Soufflé with Grand Marnier, Blood Orange sorbet

But what would be a meal in Burgundy without food and wine pairings … At the gates of the vinyards of Burgundy, "La Table de Levernois*" proposes almost 1 000 references. Mainly composed of the best Burgundy wines, the wine list also presents other good wines from other regions. Philippe Meurger and David Kubler,  our Sommeliers are at your disposal to guide you in your choices and share their favorites.


Dress code: Smart & Casual. Gentlemen, the jacket and tie are not mandatory but long trousers are required.
